This wine is unique because it comes from a non-grafted vine, planted in 2000 (as in the old days, before the arrival of phylloxera in 1862, which destroyed the entire European vineyard).
This wine is completely different from the one made from grafted vines. It is elegant and distinguished. The nose is fresh, deep with aromas of white flowers, rosehip, acacia. It is very fine in the mouth, crystalline but with a beautiful amplitude. It gives us expressions of peach, pear, grapefruit and lemon. It is rich, complex, and has a delicacy that we have never seen in any other Sauvignon.
It has an extraordinary quality and class. It is a very great wine.
To drink on its youth, 4 years.
To be enjoyed chilled at 7-8°C
