Description
This cuvée was made from an ungrafted French line, planted in 1979. This wine has an exceptional finesse with a subtle, floral and mineral nose.
It is quite lively and complex in the mouth with notes of apple and beeswax. As with the Sauvignon, this is a vintage of incomparable elegance and class.
To drink on its youth, 4 years.
To be enjoyed chilled at 7-8°C.
